Mr. James W. King - Owner

James W. King was born in 1967 in Jacksonville, Florida, and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Professional Accounting. He attended South Texas College of Law from 1991 to 1994, where he was a member of the South Texas Law Review from 1992 to 1994. He graduated with the Order of Lytae and with honors [Cum Laude] in 1994. James W. King is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is admitted to practice in all Texas courts, the Federal District Courts for the Eastern, Southern, Western and Northern Districts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the Jefferson County Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of Texas.

Marc P. Henry - Attorney

Marc P. Henry was born in 1962 in Cleveland, Texas, and graduated from Texas A & M University with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics in 1984. He attended Baylor University School of Law and obtained his J.D. in 1987. He is admitted to practice in all Texas courts, the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas; U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas; and, the U. S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Marc is also a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Jefferson County Bar Association. His practice encompasses general civil practice, business formation, banking law and commercial litigation as well as first and third-party insurance claims, bankruptcy, probate and collections. Marc has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts.
